Marketing Analyst Intern

Are you a dynamic, creative, and motivated individual looking to kickstart your career in marketing? Sempris is seeking a driven and numerically savvy Marketing Analyst Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of direct marketing.

At Sempris, we’re experts in results-driven solutions in the subscription space through the creation of value-based, targeted lifestyle programs, as well as SaaS-based products within the payments industry.

With a new HQ and a new SaaS product we are looking for people to join a dynamic team within a company poised for growth in 2024 and beyond.


  • Campaign Support: Assist in the development, implementation, and analysis of direct marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Data Analysis: Work with marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including analytics, brand, and IT, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the marketing department, including organizing meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing documentation


  • Education: Enrollment in a relevant undergraduate program, such as Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, or other numerically focused business degree. Prefer 2024 graduates that can work during the school year 15-20 hours a week
  • Initiative: Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn quickly
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely
  • Creative Thinker: Affinity for thinking outside the box and contributing innovative ideas to marketing campaigns
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing, and analytics tools
  • Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute meaningfully to business outcomes
