We’re looking to fill an immediate opening for Website Manager on the Brand Experience team.

The Website Manager will oversee the functionality of our numerous corporate and member websites, evaluate and manage website performance and help support and maintain website content with an eye toward excellent UX and CX. 

You’ll also work to set-up and maintain our new CMS (Canto). If you love working on a dynamic, growing team, you’ve got an analytical bent, are process and detail-oriented and have outstanding problem-solving skills, this could be just the fit for you. 

Be a vital member of the Brand Experience Group team, taking the lead on website trouble-shooting, improvement and repeatable processes across our many sites
Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues, alerting back or front-end for fixes
Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information
Work closely with content creators and front-end designer to ensure alignment with brand and site-strategy 
Ensure website quality and efficiency by conducting regular cross-browser testing, evaluating tools, and updating as necessary
Ensure ADA Compliance is met on all sites with visual, meta, and video requirements, etc.
Keep up-to-date and lead team in industry best practices discussions, as well as monitor competitor websites
Identify and troubleshoot any site speed issues, recommending online tools
Experience with WordPress and Elementor 
Monitor and track site analytics with Google Analytics 
Ability to advocate for and create useable processes around the notion of continual improvement

‘Self-starter’ is your middle name and leading others in process and industry best practices comes naturally to you
2+ years of experience working as website manager
Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility
Ability to troubleshoot site issues in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Process-oriented mindset with great time management skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Bachelor’s degree in a related field

This is an on-site position. Proof of Covid-19 vaccination is required.
