Office Manager

Sempris LLC, a marketing-solutions company located in Minnetonka, MN, develops and manages an extensive portfolio of unique and leading-edge membership and customer relationship marketing programs. We are currently seeking to add a new position of Office Manager, reporting to the Controller.

The chosen candidate will join a very professional, dedicated, energized team atmosphere in which the individual will manage the facilities and vendor relations for a new headquarters office under construction in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.

Job Responsibilities – Contract with and manage third party vendor support for:
Building cleaning and maintenance services
Building grounds and parking lot maintenance
Elevator service
Building security and alarm systems
Furniture
Fireproof and secure file storage
Employee workstations
Networking and cloud services
Office and employee break room supplies and services
Audio/Visual and low voltage services
Internet and voice services
Document shredding
Equipment maintenance including copiers, printers and a postage machine

Qualifications
7-10 years’ experience
Bachelor’s degree
Experience negotiating and managing vendor service contracts
Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills
Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
