The Marketing Manager, Direct Channels reports to the Director of Marketing, and is both marketing-minded and a master of execution.  In this role, you will be responsible for managing direct response marketing campaigns from concept to completion, including direct mail, web to phone, and other direct channels.  You’ll manage the campaign calendar, lead cross-functional teams and work with external partners to drive consistent business growth.  Applying insights from direct response testing and campaign analysis you’ll have your hand on the rudder of each campaign’s success, optimizing prospect data, refining, and refreshing creative content, and managing operational partners to ensure timely, accurate campaign execution.

Responsibilities include
Develop and manage direct response campaign calendar according to budget, and consistent with business goals and objectives
Lead internal cross-functional teams and external operational partners to plan, develop and fulfill campaigns according to schedule
Maintain point-of-contact relationship with third-party contributors, including data providers, print and fulfillment vendors, and call center partners
Interpret campaign analysis and test results, and provide actionable conclusions for continued growth
Contribute to reports, presentations and information for senior leadership
Build out new marketing initiatives as directed by senior staff

This is an in-office position.  Proof of Covid-19 vaccination is required
5-7 years direct response experience.  Direct mail and call center experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree in marketing
Experience with Salesforce CRM a plus
Aptitude for analytics with the capacity to interpret results and articulate actionable conclusions
Attitude for seeking solutions among ambiguity, with a willingness to take calculated risks and learn from mistakes
Excellent communication skills. Ability to build rapport and relationships with both internal and external partners
Strong attention to detail
