Digital Designer

We are seeking a highly self-motivated Digital Designer and problem-solver with a passion for delivering design excellence. They have cut their chops in an agency or corporate branding/creative team and are motivated to make an impact with their work. This individual will thrive working in an “entrepreneurial-style,” creative environment where they liaise with our cross-disciplinary team members to understand the vision and work to develop unique, dynamic digital design solutions. Not only do they roll-up their sleeves, they are ready to jump in with both feet and start contributing to the team from day one.

Experience creating brand assets and maintaining a brand asset library
Thrive in managing your time while working on multiple creative projects
Have the ability to change course quickly without missing a beat
Take initiative by asking questions, offering help, and coming up with creative solutions
Design content that is relevant and engaging to different target audiences
Be a creative problem solver and solutions provider
Have a keen sense of humor and thrive being a part of a small team

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related discipline
5-plus years of related experience as a digital/graphic designer
Creative digital portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, design skills and clear understanding of upholding brand standards
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite (including Adobe XD for wire-framing),  After Effects, Premier Pro, and WordPress
Experience in setting up a DAM and establishing file naming conventions
Proficiency in creating compelling and interactive design solutions in PowerPoint
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook)
Experience working in a Project Management system (i.e.,, Wrike, or Workfront)

Highly skilled in Adobe Suite (including Adobe XD, Premier Pro, and After Effects)
Designing in WordPress
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience using a project management (
