Account Manager

Sempris currently has an opening for a dynamic, self-starter as an Account Manager in our Revenue Enhancement area of the company. This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing and will play a primary role in managing, developing, and growing the Revenue Enhancement area. The key job of this position is the monetization of list assets generated by the company through the development and management of relationships with advertisers who are looking to reach the Sempris customer profile as well as New Homeowners.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of Sempris’ current list rental and package insert programs.
Capitalize on new revenue opportunities with existing advertisers/vendors.
Creation and management, in conjunction with the Director of Marketing, of a prospect pipeline for various segments of the business.
Development of new revenue opportunities using existing data through novel marketing or sales channels.
Provide point-of-contact support for advertisers and vendors.
Responsible for the development of departmental budget on a yearly basis.
Monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting on revenue and margin goals compared to budgeted expectations.
Manage and coordinate internal IT and Finance functions associated with the business unit.

Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
3-5 years of account/vendor management experience.
Results driven.
Excited by the ability to drive revenue and margin for the company.
Demonstrated ability to develop a prospect list and close opportunities.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
Willingness to take on new tasks as directed by senior staff.
Ability to make effective decisions with sufficient confidence to “pull the trigger” in an environment where all the answers may not be readily available.
Small amount of travel may be required.
